Wetcoco Entertainment as, of July 18, 2011, FAILED TO PAY any of their total web design bill, despite repeated attempts by their web designer to collect.
It’s kind of sad that they seem to think that their website wasn’t worth any money. Their web designer is hoping Google will show them otherwise.
Personally, I wouldn’t trust Wetcoco who hires models, photographers, the studio, and has the calendars printed to pony up for what, in the grand scheme of things, is a small charge for their web design. Do what you will, though.
For those that think the actions of the web designer were unethical, especially after finding out the previous web designer and host had to go through the same garbage with Wetcoco Enetertainment, here are a few links of other people’s thoughts regarding similar issues.

Again, do what you want, this message will stay up until the services have been paid for. Once payment is made in full, the website will be handed over to Wetcoco Entertainment to find another designer and hosting company to deal with their bulls**t!!!
Here is Shanda of Wetcoco Entertainment’s story…and a quick update…after contacting her previous web designer I found she did the same thing and STILL OWES HER AS WELL AS ME!!!!! I guess Shanda forgot that in order for me to work on her site I needed to transfer her old site to my server which involved contacting the previous designer. Funny all the bad things she said about her when actually it was about Shanda. So now you have to two past “disgruntled” web designers. Do we see a pattern.
1. You first contacted me on 17/08/2010 1:12 PM to build your site.
2. You kept me on hold until 30/03/2011 7:31 PM when you made the first payment towards everything. That’s 7 months I waited for you!! So at no point can you blame any delays on me.
3. Then once the site was done on Sun, 17 Jul 2011 18:24:58 I contacted you about the remaining $xxx for the site. Your response was “ok the balance i will email next week…” theses are YOUR words, not mine. This was on 18/07/2011. Today’s date is Oct, 4th, 2011 (when I revised this). That’s almost 12 weeks ago of the same excuse I will pay you next Friday, I will pay you next Friday, I will pay you next Friday, I will pay you next Friday, I will pay you next Friday, I will pay you next Friday, I will pay you next Friday, REALLY!!!
I’m not sure what type of business you run or your business practices but this is shameful especially within our community where someone is always trying to rip someone off…and seeing as how this is a pattern of yours you are not only hurting our community but hurting small businesses in general. I can not go to a store, put groceries in a cart and walk out without paying…but somehow you think you can use people’s time without paying them.
THIS STOPS HERE
So from this point I own your site and your domain and you will pay me
Here is the breakdown for the charges.
a) Domain Name = $xxx
b) Hosting for WetCocoEntertainment.com = $xxx (Hosting from 8/18/2010 to 9/28/2011 @ $xx per month)
c) Late charges for Hosting for WetCocoEntertainment.com = $xxx (8/18/2010 to 9/28/2011 @ $xx per month)
c) Remaining balance for building the website = $xxx
d) Administration and maintenance for WetCocoEntertainment.com = $xxx
That is a total of $745 which I have sent the invoice for your records. This has to be PAID IN FULL because I will no longer accept any type of payment arrangements from you. I gave you a discount on my services because you were referred to me from another client that has been good to me and I have been good to them.
In terms of YOUR friends that say this is unprofessional;
1. I do not care about YOUR friends
2. YOUR friends are not my clients
3. If YOUR friends treat payments like YOU do then I do not need them as clients
4. If YOUR friends still think this is out of line, I challange them to do the following;
a) go into Walmart, put a bunch of items in a cart and walk out without paying
b) take your vehicle to the mechanic, ask for a lots of service and parts, then drive away without paying when the work is done
c) call any country long distance for about 200 hours and do not pay the bill when it comes in the mai
d) go on public transit without paying your fare

Once this balance is paid I will give you access to your website to download your files and release the domain to you.
After that you can find another hosting company and designer to “work” for you.
I will only accept email contact with you. I am not in the mood to talk about this on the phone and I do not want to be added on Blackberry Messenger so that I can be constantly get spam messages from you.
